HOW TO PLACE AN CUSTOM ORDER

Any idea you have is possible.

You can be as specific or as vague as you wish, and I can further explain options and possibilities as we discuss your request.

Metal choices are: silver, blackened silver, yellow gold, rose gold, white gold, platinum. Gold comes in several different carat qualities so that can be specified or explained also.

Gem choices are endless. You can choose specifically, or just name colors, or ask for more information about the possibilities and properties of gems. I source and provide all the gems for a piece. (I can also work with your materials, or a mix.)

if you are uncertain what your preferences may be, you can request to be surprised with as may variables of the design as you’d like. Sometimes just saying why you want a piece is enough to launch ideas from. Ideas will evolve further in our discussion.

A deposit of half the total amount must be paid upfront, and the other half must be sent after completion and before shipment (various shipping options are available). If there is a specific date you need your piece(s) by, just let me know, Otherwise there is typically a 1-2 month working period, with some exceptions depending on the scale of the project.

Once ideas have been discussed, I can offer a price range. You can also start by stating less details, give your budget range, and I will give an explanation of what your options within it are. I will explain the differences at different amounts. No custom order is refundable.

 

YOUR MATERIALS OR MINE?

Any and all gemstones that exist upon this earth can be incorporated into a custom piece, in their natural form, and/or a faceted form.

All materials will be supplied, unless you have an item of sentimental/physical value that you wish incorporated as well.

Price determines variables of: size, level of intricacy, gemstone quality/quantity, and precious metals used and their amount-ratio.

  

 

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, SHIPPING POLICIES

For all existing pieces, the full price including shipping must be paid to receive your order.

For multiple pieces that were ordered at the same time, shipping will be combined.

For custom orders, half must be paid upfront, and half upon completion and before shipment.

If the second half is not paid after completion, the deposit will not be refunded and you will have 30 days to complete the payment. Or you will instead be given custom credit in the amount you have already paid.

All items are mailed with tracking and insurance of the full value.

There is no refund available for any pieces, preexisting or custom, with the exception of pieces that do not arrive or are damaged upon arrival due to shipping error.
